Maria Mann is an experienced entrepreneur and CEO of multiple companies, with over 20 years of expertise in the beauty and aesthetics industry. Over the years, she has earned more than 40 business and aesthetic awards, including prestigious titles such as Businesswoman of the Year, Lifetime Achievement Award, and Entrepreneur of the Year. In recognition of her industry influence and expertise, she was invited to serve as a judge for esteemed awards in 2024.
She was among the first in the country to achieve Level 7 in Aesthetic Practice, with expert knowledge spanning skincare, aesthetics, beauty, and permanent makeup. Holding the highest qualifications in these fields, she is also an educator, assessor, and Level 5 IQA, actively involved in training the next generation of industry professionals.
Her portfolio includes a multi-award-winning beauty salon, an aesthetic and cosmetic makeup clinic, and a rapidly growing training academy, offering individual courses, masterclasses, and small-group training. She is also the founder and owner of a multi-award-winning skincare range, which collaborates with Superdrug and Tesco, and is set to launch a professional spa brand soon.
Beyond her business ventures, Maria is a mentor, dedicated to helping women establish and grow their own businesses, providing guidance to overcome challenges and achieve success in the industry.
PAULINA BONI
Paulina Boni, an award-winning beauty expert and founder of PB Unique Beauty, is renowned for her expertise in the cosmetic industry. With a passion for innovation, she has earned numerous international awards and is highly respected by Leaders Magazine readers. Beyond beauty, Paulina supports charitable initiatives and mentors emerging musicians. Her vegan cosmetics brand, PB Unique, is expanding globally, showcasing her dedication to excellence.
MARK BEADSWORTH
Mark Beadsworth is the entrepreneur behind Ipswich Alloy Wheels and DB Fragrances, two companies that have revolutionized the automotive and fragrance industries. His passion for cars led him to establish a workshop specializing in alloy wheel restoration and smart repairs, catering to celebrities and luxury vehicles. Meanwhile, DB Fragrances offers long-lasting scents inspired by premium brands, making luxury accessible to everyone. Mark prioritizes quality and integrity, building strong customer loyalty and a solid market presence. He plans to expand both businesses, including taking his fragrance line to international markets.
NINA NAUSTDAL
Nina Naustdal is a versatile entrepreneur, fashion designer, model, actress, singer, and television personality. She began her career as an athlete winning over 300 championships medals and has since become a recognized icon in fashion and business. In 2011, she founded her own fashion house in London, creating exclusive collections for celebrities and clients worldwide. Her designs have been showcased at prestigious events, and she has gained international recognition, gracing the covers of Entrepreneur, Vogue, and Forbes.
Over the years, she has expanded her career into television, music, acting and business. She successfully debuted as a singer, collaborating with renowned producers, and her authenticity and professionalism have made her a respected media figure. In 2024, she was featured in the prestigious “TOP 30 Most Inspiring People in the UK” list by Leaders magazine.
Nina Naustdal
Nina has received numerous awards for her achievements, including the Luxury Business Award for her influence in the fashion industry and an honor at Parliament and the House of Lords for her contributions as an entrepreneur and to the creative sector. She is currently developing her sports brand DonDunk, her new jewellery collection and purfume line. Nina also just launched her financial advisory services company in Dubai and she is also preparing for the release of new music and film projects. Her mission extends beyond professional success—she is dedicated to inspiring others to follow their own paths and achieve their dreams.
DR. COLIN MACKENZIE
Dr. Colin Mackenzie FHEA is an Associate Professor at Wittenborg University, and international lecturer specialising in leadership entrepreneurship and sales.
He has extensive business experience in the B2B and B2C fields holds board-level positions in diverse industries and in charities. He holds a doctoral degree in leadership and a MSc in Quality and Business Excellence and previously owned Scotland’s oldest high fidelity retailer, Hi-Fi Corner.
He is also a member of the South East Asia Sales Competition advisory board, an international body developing sales expertise.
HELEN GEORGIO
Helen Georgio is a dynamic entrepreneur, founder of multi award winning Buzz Talent Agency and the prestigious multi award winning London Fashion Week events This Is An Icon For years, she has been revolutionising the talent industry by promoting diversity and giving opportunities to individuals who lacked access to traditional career paths. Her agency represents models, actors, singers, dancers, ,extras influencers, and celebrities, while also offering comprehensive marketing and PR services. A 360 talent agency .
Her creation, This Is An Icon, is a unique event held during London Fashion Week, merging the worlds of fashion and music with philanthropy. Thanks to her vision and dedication, the gala attracts high-profile personalities and has a significant impact on supporting charitable organizations.
Despite numerous challenges, Helen continues to break barriers and pave the way for new talents, reshaping industry standards. She plans to expand Buzz Talent into film production and organize fundraising events with a £1,000,000 goal for charity. Her motto, "Fall seven times, get up eight," reflects the determination that has led to her success and continues to inspire future generations of entrepreneurs.
DR. FARSHID OSH
A Leader in Aesthetic Medicine and Innovation
Dr. Farshid Osh is a visionary doctor who has been shaping the world of aesthetic medicine for over a decade. His journey began in 2008 when he enrolled in an aesthetic training program at TAFE in collaboration with the University of New South Wales in Sydney, while simultaneously studying medicine in Iran. Inspired by his father, he pursued aesthetics to make him proud, and over time, his passion transformed into a mission of excellence and education.
As the founder of the BBAIM Academy, Dr. Osh has developed an innovative teaching program focused on high-quality education and industry standards. His Desktop Guide serves as a practical manual for aesthetic students, simplifying the learning process. Additionally, he has ventured into skincare, leveraging his extensive knowledge of cosmetic ingredients to create products that benefit his clients.
One of his most notable achievements is the patenting of robotic technology in aesthetic medicine, which is set to launch in 2026. Dr. Osh has also gained recognition in the world of celebrities—through word-of-mouth recommendations from film producers, he has had the opportunity to work with renowned actors, opening doors to prestigious projects.
Committed to raising industry standards, he actively advocates for better regulations in the UK's aesthetic training sector. Looking ahead, Dr. Osh plans to expand his career into the skincare and medical equipment industry while launching an exclusive Aesthetic & Health Club within his clinic, offering premium services for holistic beauty and wellness.

AGNIESZKA ZYWOT
Agnieszka Żywot has been actively involved in the beauty industry for over 10 years as the owner of the prestigious Prime Brows Academy in Omagh, which operates as both a medical clinic and a training academy. She is a recipient of numerous awards, including two first-place titles at The Female Boss Awards in 2024 (The Best SPMU Artist and Semi Permanent Brow Artist) and two second-place titles (Business Woman of the Year and Brow Lamination of the Year). At The Brows Awards, she won two first-place titles (PMU Ombre Artist and Hybrid Brows), and at the Beauty and Skincare Awards, she secured first place as SPMU Artist of the Year and second place as Beauty Therapist of the Year.
She has also been ranked among the Top 10 best training academies and laser specialists. As the creator of the unique Prime Nano brow pigmentation technique, she is known for her perfectionism and dedication to her work. She has had the honor of serving as a jury member at numerous international competitions and is passionate about participating in events that promote support and motivation.

With over 20 years of experience in the hairdressing industry, Sylwia Łuczyńska is a dedicated stylist, colorist, and educator who has been passionately crafting exceptional hairstyles since the early 2000s. Sylwia specializes in exquisite color transformations, particularly in blonding techniques, which have earned her prestigious accolades, including the Stylist of the Year 2024 title. Her expertise spans from vibrant shades to classic and avant-garde cuts for both men and women.
Since 2024, as an educator for the premium brand HAIRTOXX, she has been sharing her expertise with fellow professionals, empowering them to refine their skills and provide unparalleled services.
